Every order on gemtasticjewelry.com is paid for at checkout, in US dollars (USD). We ship within the United States only.

How your payment is handled
Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. Your full card number is never seen by, sent to, or stored by Gemtastic Jewelry LLC. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last four digits of the card for reference on your order.
When you are charged
Your card is charged at the moment you place the order, not when the piece ships. You receive an order confirmation by email immediately. If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing is reserved.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and is shown as a separate line before you pay. Tax is collected on behalf of the relevant authority and passed on to it in full.
Paying over time
We offer layaway on pieces reserved with a deposit. The terms of a layaway arrangement are agreed in writing before any money is taken.
