1. General Terms

  • Gemtastic Jewelry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

2. Products & Orders

  • All jewelry pieces are handcrafted, and slight variations may occur.

  • Prices, descriptions, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or other reasons at our discretion.

  • Custom orders require full payment upfront and are non-refundable once production has begun.

3. Payments

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

  • All transactions are processed in US Currency. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

  • Gemtastic Jewelry is not responsible for payment processing errors or declined transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 7-10 Business days and shipped via overnite Shipping Carrier.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may result in delays or lost shipments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 3 Day Return Period of delivery for non-custom jewelry in its original condition.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty & Repairs

  • We offer a limited (3 day Warranty Period) warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.

  • Repair services may be available for an additional fee.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Gemtastic Jewelry. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Gemtastic Jewelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnapolis, Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnapolis, Minnesota.
