Billing Terms and Conditions

These terms describe how and when you are billed by Gemtastic Jewelry LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Minnesota, trading as Gemtastic Jewelry, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

Currency

All prices on this site are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). We do not bill in any other currency.

What you are charged

The total shown on the checkout page before you confirm is the full amount you will be charged. It comprises the price of the item or items, sales tax where applicable, and shipping. There are no handling charges, no surcharges and no subscription or recurring fees of any kind. We never store a payment method to bill you again later.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of $250 or more. Below that a flat shipping charge applies and is shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay. See our shipping policy for delivery times.

When billing happens

Your card is charged once, at the time you place the order. We do not take a second payment when the piece ships. Where a piece is reserved through layaway, the payment schedule is agreed in writing in advance and no payment is taken outside that agreement.

Order confirmation

You receive an emailed order confirmation showing the items, the amount charged and the delivery address. If anything on it is wrong, contact us immediately - before the order is dispatched we can usually correct or cancel it at no cost.

Cancellations and refunds

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. After delivery, our return and refund policy applies and is the governing document - nothing on this page overrides it.

Failed and disputed payments

If a payment fails, no order is created and no goods are reserved. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us first on 414-324-0498 or GemtasticJewelry@gmail.com. We would always rather correct a mistake directly than have you go through your bank.
