Grand Majesty: Diamond Pavé Ring

Gemtastic is an independent fine-jewelry studio in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Pieces we make ourselves are cast and hand-finished at our own bench. Every piece is checked over by hand in our workshop before it goes out. Metal and stone specifications are stated on each product page — if a detail you need is not there, ask us and we will measure it.

Free insured shipping on orders of $250 or more. Below $250, insured shipping is $9.95. Either way your piece ships insured and tracked, in packaging that does not advertise its contents. We ship to United States addresses only. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us — we file and manage the carrier claim ourselves and stay with it to resolution.

Returns are narrow, and we would rather you read this before you buy than after. You have 7 days from delivery to contact us if a piece is faulty, has a manufacturing fault, arrived damaged in transit, or is materially different from how it was described. That is the only ground for a return. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, or for a size you confirmed on the order.

On a fault we repair, replace, or refund. We choose which, based on the piece and the fault, and we tell you which and why before we do it. There is no restocking fee on a defect or on our mistake. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of the piece reaching us.

You pay the return shipping, including on a confirmed fault. Send the piece back insured and tracked and keep the tracking number — until it reaches us it is still your package. We will tell you where to send it and how before you ship anything. The complimentary insured shipping we provide is on the way out to you; it does not cover a return leg. The piece must be unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any documentation supplied.

A 25% restocking fee applies in two cases, and only these two:

• You refuse delivery, or the package comes back to us undelivered because delivery was not accepted or the address was wrong. The carrier's return charge is deducted from your refund as well.
• You cancel an order after production has started — once the piece has entered the studio queue and work has begun at the bench or in CAD.

The fee is 25% of the price of the piece, deducted from your refund. Cancel before production starts and you are refunded in full, with nothing deducted.

Custom commissions. The same 7 days applies, and it also covers a commissioned piece that does not match the specification you approved in writing — that is our error and we correct or remake it at our cost. Otherwise a commission is final sale; your opportunity to change the piece is the CAD render, which you approve in writing before any metal is bought or poured. Cancelling a commission is governed by the stage-by-stage table on our Custom Jewelry page, not by the 25% fee above.

We do not offer a warranty. Normal wear, accidental damage, and work done by another jeweler are not covered. Repairs may be available for a fee — ask us.
